What shipping options do you offer?                  

  • UPS: Ground (4-7 days)               
  • UPS: Next Day Air (NO SATURDAY DELIVERY)        
  • UPS: Worldwide Express                         
  • USPS: Priority Mail  (2-3 days)              
  • USPS: Priority Mail International                 

When will I receive my order?

if you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Expedited orders (UPS NEXT & 2 DAY AIR) placed by 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day Monday - Friday. Exceptions may include the busy Christmas shipping season and the Tuesday after a 3-day weekend. Under typical conditions, UPS Ground and USPS First Class and Priority Mail, will be shipped from our facilities per the delivery map on the following page:

How much will shipping cost me?

Costs vary based on ship location, the weight of the items in your order and the ship method chosen. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to your cart and proceed to the shipping step. In this step, you will see how much it will cost you to ship with all available shipping methods without having to place an order. Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Do you ship to international locations?

We ship to CANADA and the UNITED KINGDOM, and provide either an Export Declaration Form or a copy of your Export Commercial Invoice, depending on customs' requirements. Customers may have to pay any required duties upon delivery. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of Duty, PST and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We offer the following international services:            

  • UPS: Worldwide Express                          
  • USPS: Priority Mail International   

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, use the tracking button at the top of this page.  The following shipping options are traceable and you will also receive tracking information in your shipping notification email:

  • Domestic (US) Orders
  • UPS Next Day
  • UPS Ground
  • International Orders*
  • UPS Worldwide Express

*Only available to certain international areas. Domestic and International Postal shipping options do not have tracking information.

Why does my tracking number not work?

In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 24 hours and the information should be updated.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

Any international order may incur a customs fee. The shipping step of the checkout process states that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. These fees are being charged by your government, not our site. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
