Returns and Exchanges

Quality is our highest priority. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

General Return Policy

Soft clothing items (not underwear--see below for underwear policy) purchased at full price are returnable/exchangeable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new,unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. We will refund the amount of the item less shipping and handling.  Please allow 30 days for returns processing.    

Sale Item Return Policy

Items purchased for the current price listed on our site ARE ELIGIBLE for returns. Items purchased using any discount code at checkout are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.  If you return your item purchased using a discount code, you will not be refunded, but will you receive store credit. Please check your email invoice to see whether the item you wish to return was purchased on using a discount code.

Underwear Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with our underwear. That's why we offer a full money-back guarantee on all completely unworn products returned within 45 days of purchase in their original packaging.  Products must not have been removed from their cardboard packaging/hanger, and must be re-sealed inside polybag. For sanitary reasons we will not accept returns that have been opened, worn, or tried on.  In case you are not 100% satisfied after wearing or using any of our products within 45 days of purchase, we will exchange or provide a store credit. 

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR SAMPLE SALE PAGE ARE FINAL SALE.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, OR EXCHANGES, OR SHIP-BACKS FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE.  

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

You must send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. YOU MUST include the reason you are returning the item.  Be as specific as possible.  Please send your return to us in a postage-paid package via United States Mail, Federal Express, United Parcel Service or another recognized carrier using a delivery tracking and confirmation services,and please retain your receipt. Once we receive your package, we willexchange or refund it in the same form as the original payment. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges; we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.  Please allow up to 30 days for exchange/returns processing.

We are not responsible for product returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Failure to return a product within the applicable returnperiod (30 days) will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. Please allow up to thirty days after our receipt of the returned product for us to credit your account.
